Tenant Relations Team

Tenant-Oriented Team Member: Responsible for tenant communications, this team member ensures rents are paid, fees are accurately applied, and tenants' needs are met efficiently. They work closely with other team members to resolve issues and maintain tenant satisfaction.
 

Maintenance Team

In-Person Maintenance Team Member: Dedicated to addressing maintenance requests, this team member ensures that all properties are well-maintained and issues are resolved promptly. They liaise directly with tenants and the broader team to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

Maintenance Technician: Focused on specialized repairs and technical maintenance, this team member ensures properties remain in excellent condition, handling everything from routine inspections to urgent repairs.
 

Property Oversight Team
